Frontline and local leadership development

What is our specialty?

We develop frontline and local leadership skills leveraging adult learning principles and following a learning cycle that consists of bits of knowledge, practice and coaching

What is it that we do different with the virtuous learning cycle?

1. Learning

  • We break down content in bits of knowledge, keeping it as simple as possible so that adoption can be easy

  • We guide the learning by self-discovery, best practice sharing and leveraging our functional expertise as needed

  • We ensure that participants have clarity on the actionable behaviors discussed

  • We ask for commitments and keep participants accountable, to support participants in their development

2. Practicing

  • We practice during every skill development session (huddle); at a minimum 30% of every session is practice

  • We continue practicing during every coaching session

  • We encourage constant practice as a continuous improvement tool

3. Coaching

  • We focus coaching on the same snippets introduced during learning, not more

  • We guide the conversation by self-discovery and ensure the participant understands the rationale behind changes

  • We focus on making connections between behaviors and outcomes

  • We ensure the participant has acquired the skill needed (via practice)

  • We ask for commitments and keep participants accountable, to support their development
